Why has my User registration been declined?

Answer:

Each registration needs to be approved by the designated Key User for the Customer account. You may have accidentally selected the wrong customer name from the drop down list within the online registration form. Please check with a colleague in your organisation who already has access to Rolls-Royce Care to establish the name of your customer account and the contact details of your Key User.
