In order to obtain a Customer Account on the site your company will need to be recognised as a customer with current Terms of Business in place. Please contact your designated Roll-Royce Representative to discuss this or alternatively you may complete the online survey on the Home Page of Rolls-Royce Care. <Click here for link to Customer Registration page>
We will approve access in accordance with your Commercial contract.
If your company already has an account you will find their name in the Customer drop down list on the User Registration page where you can register for your own User ID. The User Registration request link is available from the Home Page of Rolls-Royce Care via the ’Customer Registration’ menu. <Click here for link to User Registration form>.
Please note that your online registration will need approval within your organisation before Rolls-Royce can activate it. You will receive notification at each stage of the authorisation process. Please allow two working days for Rolls-Royce Care Business Administration to activate your User ID once approved by your Key User. The registration Emails will come from ‘noreply-rolls-royce-care@rolls-royce.com’ so please ensure that you do not have an auto rule set to forward ‘noreply’ Emails to your spam folder.
